Thunder Emergency Communication System Overview

ASME A17.1-2019/CSA B44:19 Safety Code For Elevators

The adoption of the 2019 Safety Code for Elevators is underway. To enhance safety for passengers who are hearing or visually impaired, the updated code introduces new mandatory requirements, including two-way text messaging and real-time video feed of the inside of the elevator cab.

The Thunder Solution

To meet the new Safety Code for Elevators requirements, Vidatech introduces the Thunder Emergency Communication System (TECS).
