I'm receiving multiple calls I can't answer the call (It always call be back right away) In your Supervisor - Touchscreen, go in Setup Page (Gear icon) and press button “Sync Vidatechstorm”. Try to call again I can answer the call, but it call me again few second later When you are receiving a call from a Thunder system, you always must press '1' to ACK the call and stop the calling loop
